By Fax or Mail: If you wish to place an order by fax or mail, we encourage you to use an order form so
that we may complete your order quickly. Print the Order Form located at kenetrek.com in the Customer
Service section.

Backorders: We make every effort to keep all of the items we carry in stock and available, but
occasionally we are temporarily out of stock. When this occurs, we will notify you with the expected
delivery date. We will not cancel your order unless you notify us to do so.
Shipping Times: In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. All times listed
are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
• Standard – Ground UPS transit times are 4-7 business days within the continental US.
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will ship USPS, incur additional shipping charges and
longer transit times.
• Rush – UPS 2nd Day Air or Priority are available for additional shipping charges.
For overnight orders please contact Customer Service for charges and delivery times.
• International Orders: Kenetrek now ships directly to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the
UK, and most of Europe. Please contact Customer Service or visit kenetrek.com for details.
• FREE Surface Shipping – We occasionally offer free surface shipping in the continental US
for orders over $100. Some exclusions may apply.

How do I exchange my order?
If you need a different size, please call 855-585-3040 or visit kenetrek.com to place a new order. Then
return your original purchase for a refund.
How do I return my order for a refund?
Please call customer service at 855-585-3040 or visit kenetrek.com for instructions on how to ship your
return with a pre-printed packing slip and UPS Ground label. A return shipping fee will be deducted from
your refund. Return shipping labels are only available within the lower 48 states. If you prefer to use a
different carrier, enclose the packing slip you received in your shipment and circle the items to be refunded.
Place the packing slip inside the return carton. Ship to: Kenetrek Boots, Attn: Returns Dept,

Kenetrek Product Warranty
Our products are warrantied to be free of manufacturing defects. If any Kenetrek product fails due to
defective materials or poor workmanship within 12 months from the date of purchase and before the soles
are worn 75%, they will be repaired or replaced by Kenetrek. Damage caused by improper care, alterations,
accidents, or natural wear and tear are not covered. Send your defective or damaged products to Kenetrek
for evaluation. If Kenetrek deems your product defective we will repair or replace it at our expense.
